Usha Institute of Computer Education is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our students, applicants, and visitors. We adhere strictly to responsible data governance practices:
- Aadhaar Information Security: Only the last 4 digits of Aadhaar are visible in general views. Full Aadhaar numbers, when stored with explicit consent, are AES-256-GCM encrypted and masked from regular staff.
- Document Files: Uploaded identity documents, photos, and signatures are stored outside the public web root with cryptographically secure random names and served only to authorized personnel and verified students.
- No Commercial Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or distribute student phone numbers, email addresses, or personal records to any third-party marketing agencies.
- Audit Logging: All access to sensitive student records, fee changes, and certificate generation is immutably logged with actor ID, timestamp, and IP address.
